Boy oh Boy, do we have a treat for you - Milse. A gorgeous little desert bar hidden behind the Kathryn Wilson shoe store in the Pavilions, Britomart. Milse is the top spot for desert lovers with a cabinet full of delicious and beautifully constructed treats fit for a princess. Milse also has an outstanding à la carte menu, so multiple visits are a must. We recommend that you try and get a seat by the kitchen so you can watch the masters at work. Our favourite patisserie deserts to date are the Mini Bomb Alaska (pictured above) and the Valrhona chocolate, Armagnac and salted caramel Gateaux washed down by a house made soda (Cucumber and Juniper above).
