It is fast approaching that time of day when one starts to think about dinner. Our recommendation is to head along to Al Brown's Depot Eatery for a fun night out with great company (perfect place to take fathers) and amazing food. A few of our favourites from the menu are the Kingfish sashimi, Turbot (type of fish changes daily) sliders, TuaTua fritters and hot smoked Salmon. We also noticed that the NZ meat board is very popular particularly at lunch time. Pictured above are the Turbot sliders.
You can't book so may have to wait a little while for a table to become available but the staff are onto it and it is worth the wait. But if you are taking a larger group it pays to go early as large tables are harder to come by. For more info and menu head to the website.
